We belong to First Technology Credit Union. We used to like it and have no problems. However, it is now a nightmare. When we go in person, you can expect to be there an hour due to software problems. The staff can not even do the transactions for you that you need because the computer system does not work for them. We have had charges posted that we did not make from places we have not been. We then have to fill out papers to get the charges reversed. We have had to change our credit card numbers because we do not know how the charges got to our cards. Our new cards then work for a day or two and then get inactivated mysteriously. When you call, the card then gets reactivated and they say sorry our mistake. This has happened too many times recently. When on-line to check accounts, repeated tries to get the current month does not work. It can take a half hour to check your account. I do not recommend this credit union.

They did a great job doing the 90,000 mile service on my Jeep Cherokee for $200 less than the dealership wanted for the exact same work. They let me know what could be done for a chronic problem that the dealership did not fix right twice before and now it is perfect, for free-no extra charge. I later bought a new battery at Costco and they were nice enough to put it in for me for $12 and were done in 15 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. They were polite, friendly, and had my car done on time for the price quoted.

Food is FRESH, mostly organic, wide variety, and abundant. Seasonal only from local growers. Flower stands, pottery, plants, honey, photography, arts&crafts, and more for sale as well. This is a large Farmer's Market well worth going to.

They do have twelve screens and carry the latest movies. However, every time I go it has been VERY dirty with lots of paper trash and popcorn in the lobby, a candy counter so dirty that I would not go near, and trashed auditoriums. Too bad because the seating is good, but smelly and trashy and sticky and dirty is just hard to ignore. I have taken Boy Scouts tent camping so I am not a really picky kind of person, just don't like what I see there since other theaters are not as bad. Staff has a don't care attitude when you complain.

I like the location in the Redmond Town Center. The theater is kept pretty clean (not easy with so many people coming through so often), the staff is very friendly, and the managers are friendly and try to make things right for you. I have not had trouble with very noisy or rude people. They have a convenient credit card kiosk to sell tickets so you don't have to stand in line. They have police for security on weekend evenings so you can feel safe going. They do a good job of keeping children out of R-rated adult films. They have a great selection of movie candy, coffee, espresso, pizza, chicken tenders, and bulk candy.

My husband and son always vote Claim Jumper Restaurant when we occasionally go out to eat. For the money, you get hearty portions and you usually take home leftovers for tomorrow's lunch. They will go out of their way to make it right or give you the meal free if something does go wrong. The staff gives attentive service without being intrusive. It is decorated in a Western theme with open, high ceilings making it feel less closed in and crowded. It is not usually too noisy for conversations. It can be crowded on weekends with a wait, but they give you a pager for the mall area. My son laughed his head off when I ordered the chocolate layer cake to take home and it came in a shoe box-had nine layers which was huge. Yum. Biscuits and muffins are huge, warm, and home made.

Dr. Nohr is a good dentist who also did additional training in anesthesiology and is certified. This is especially good for terrified persons who want to be sure that any "sleeping agents" or "twilight agents" are used carefully with monitoring by a professional. After all, you are asleep and helpless to know if you are given the right amount. For big procedures like a crown or root canal, you can get a pill or IV to make you sleep and not remember any of the unpleasantness which is necessary for we who are terrified and can not bear to see needles coming into our mouths. Dr. Nohr is very patient to let you come in multiple times to adjust the bite of the new crown/filling so that it is perfectly comfortable. He is a quiet man who is patient with clients that are uncomfortable with dentists. His hygienist is very gentle and patient, never rough or rushed which is very good as well.

Most of the time you can get an appointment within 24-48 hours. They are open evenings and weekends which is a great help. Generally you don't have to sit forever in the waiting room either which is nice. They have someone there at 7am for those fasting blood draws or shots which still leaves time to get to work. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Doctors are smart, competent, and pleasant to the patients. They explain things well. I have seen other doctors and physician assistants when my doctor was out and they were just as nice to me as my own. Their office is hooked by computer to Evergreen hospital so the ER there can look up your chart from the clinic if needed.
