I have been doing business with them for over 5 years when I first came to South Florida. I had one bad experience before with boarding, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.\r \r My wife and I have decided to not do business with them again due in large part to our recent boarding experience. Our dog was boarded there for 2 nights. During that period of time, we were charged for flea collar(22.89), 2 baths for a 41-60lb dog(he weighs 30Ibs) at a cost of 67.20 and boarding also at the 41-60IB rate. I presume that the 30 Ib rate might be cheaper. There was also a charge for 15 dollars for a flea and tick bath. I checked the dog prior to bringing him in and did not see or feel any ticks on him what so ever. Yet, the staff saw fit to say in front of other customers that he was covered in them. I was a little embarrassed to notice the other customer looking at me after that comment.\r \r You make your own decision, but I am tired of being overcharged by them and will look at board
