My neighbor Bob was helped by Jack about 3 years ago and he highly recommended him to me. I was trying to do a refinance and I also had my daughter's wedding to deal with. A bit stressful if you know what I mean. Jack told me flat out to take care of the wedding business first. He works on commission sales, yet he was not one of those pushy sales person's trying to close the deal over everything else. After the wedding was over about 3 months Jack contacted me to see where I was at with the refinance loan. He was very informative about where the rates were at this time and was willing to come over to my home to visit and get acquainted.
Long story short, he took care of every detail and question I had. We closed at the title company close to where I work without any surprises of any kind. Jack did everything right and as promised by him. Great guy to work with and will call upon his services again in the future.
