I've been a real estate agent in Austin for 13 years and have dealt with many loan officers. I had a client I had sent to a loan officer that said he couldn't help my client. She was referred to Jack, who wasn't about to give up on her and got the loan done. I was very impressed with his professionalism and dedication. I sent another young couple to him that wasn't quite ready to buy and for two years he kept up with them. Jack was always there to answer their questions and concerns. They were able to buy their second home due to his hard work. Jack is always there when I need him and he is great at returning phone calls. My neighbor Bob was helped by Jack about 3 years ago and he highly recommended him to me. I was trying to do a refinance and I also had my daughter's wedding to deal with. A bit stressful if you know what I mean. Jack told me flat out to take care of the wedding business first. He works on commission sales, yet he was not one of those pushy sales person's trying to close the deal over everything else. After the wedding was over about 3 months Jack contacted me to see where I was at with the refinance loan.
