A Restaurant To NEVER waste your time or money on!
So I am the type of person who believes in supporting local business and when things are great I tell everyone and recommend to everyone and when things are not great I just don’t go back and done but every once in a while someone is such a hump tool and pisses me off that I will then tell everyone well today is one of those very rare times but here you go and pass the word.
After two very long days I came home and Amy and I were both starving and wanted thai. There is a place 2 miles from our home that if fair not great food and not nasty food just fair. But this place is close so we would either eat there or carry out a few times a month. There is great thai in Ferndale but we wanted quick and easy so we went to the above mentioned place listed below

We walk in and as usual it was dead as a matter of fact there was no one in there sans the girl who worked there she was maybe in her mid 20’s. She was sitting in a booth texting. We walked in and she gave us a nasty look, made a aggravated sound that we walked in and interrupted her texting and didn’t say a work then in an extremely rude tone barked at us to just sit any where. Amy and I were shocked and just kind of looked at each other and Amy asked here in a very polite tone and voice (much nicer than I would have) if the was a problem? To which in an extremely nasty to she aggressively snapped at Amy and said “No, What is your problem” to which of course we were both floored by. Amy looked at me and said we are not spending a dime of our money in here and she gave another nasty look to us and said whatever??? WTF I asked for the owner and she stated she was.. Bullshit she must be the owners daughter as there is usually an older woman there. We walked out and drove to Ferndale for thai. Well I was offended and pissed so I called and asked for the owner and got this worthless twit again stating she is the owner. I very nicely told her who I was and as a business owner myself let her know how lack of customer services and for that matter being offensive and rude will cost her customers. Her response was so what??? I was shocked after explaining in a few different ways at a level I felt her feeble mind could understand I asked if she had anything to say which her reply was no.. I explained to this rocket scientist that maybe when you offend clients an apology is in order as anyone can have a bad day and asked if she was going to apologize and her answer was she did not care so I told her with this economy and a business that is as dead as hers she might just want to care and that there were plenty of websites and social networks in which complaints can be voiced against a business her response was again I don’t care… so
I guess she will know that I do care as I will be posting this everywhere
As much as I support MI businesses I win NEVER spend a dime there again and as far as I am concerned let their business become yet another Michigan statistic.
I am sure when I call again on Monday and speak with the real owners her parents they will care but too late after being a useless offensive bitch and then an ass on the phone done…
