I advise against using model shoe rebuilders. They ruined two pairs of shoes that I brought in for simple polishing. On one pair they destroyed the patent leather, and on the other shoe they used black polish on a pair of shoes that had white threading bordering the shoe, which turned the white threading black. Not only did they ruin two pairs of my shoes but they proceeded not to acknowledge their mistake and the lady who does not speak english well told me that I ""shouldn't complain"". If a mistake is made I expect them to apologize and try to fix it rather than tell me that the shoes were brought in like that. I know exactly what my shoes looked like before bringing them in, and they did not come back that way. \r
I STRONGLY ADVISE NEVER TO USE MODEL SHOE REBUILDERS FOR EVEN POLISHING ON NICE SHOES!
