I went to these guys to assist me in moving forward my long pending I-485, Adjustment of Status Application. I am from Pakistan and I had filed this I-485 on the basis of an I-140, Worker petition through my employer .There was no action on my file by USCIS and after months of waiting, I was issued a Notice of Intent to Deny my application by the USCIS. Sherin drafted a very precise Mandamus annd filed it against Federal Northern District Court and summons were issued and served on all six (6) agencies ? United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, Department of Homeland Security, Federal Bureau of Investigation, etc . Thanks to her , I managed to receive the much awaited approval. Thak you Sherin , you are a go getter and haters be damned !
