Really like the quality of the drapes and they arrived very quickly. Biggest problem is that I needed 8 panels for a room and only 7 were shipped. Wasn't informed in advance that there was a problem with shipping the quantity ordered. I didn't notice this shortage until having the drapes installed. When I contacted Half Price Drapes to get the 8th panel, I was informed that they were no longer available. I explained the situation and after holding while the rep spoke to a supervisor, was informed that another panel would be obtained and shipped. After not receiving the additional panel, called to find out that another panel was not on the way and that I cannot order another. Now I have a room with beautiful drapes with a very noticable missing panel.
