Ordered 10 panels of the faux dupioni silk curtains and my order was short. Called Cleo Cook w/customer service and within days my full order arrived and the curtains are beautiful & fully lined with weights in bottom corners. I stumbled upon Half Price Drapes about three years ago. My first order was striped curtains for my den. I was astonished by the quality of curtain for the price. You cannot buy anything off the rack like the curtains for Half Price Drapes. They continue to impress me. In fact my mother has also ordered twice from Half Price Drapes and she has made curtains and drapes for herself and my sister and I for years. She is very happy. You will not be disappointed. more

I recently ordered 8 drape panels from Half Price Drapes. I received them in two days! I love the drapes - they were exactly what I had been looking for. But I had a small problem with one of the panels. I called Half Price Drapes and was amazed - absolutely amazed - at the attentive customer service I received. My little issue was resolved immediately and in two days a replacement panel was on my doorstep! I have never found such professional customer service and integrity with any other online store when there was a problem that needed to be resolved. This company rocks! Definitely will be telling my friends about them! more

I ordered the faux silk taffeta drapes and they are amazing! I received my shipment in 2 days and the quality down to the packaging was superb. I researched this type of drape for weeks and no one else came close to the pricing. I will definitely order from them again! more

3 separate orders were placed. The prices and quality are OK and they have a HUGE selection, but their customer service and order accuracy are beyond horrible. The the first order was placed and other than the immediate confirmation email, we heard nothing for 6 weeks. Actually we forgot we had even ordered anything. When we called we were told that the order was approved and ready to ship, but nobody was sure why it hadn't. No offer to upgrade shipping or any other compensation was offered. It finally arrived about a week later. BUT...One of the sets of panels was the wrong size. So I called for a replacement set. About 2 weeks later the replacement shows up, but there is only one panel in the package. There should be two. Someone at their warehouse removed one for some unknown reason. Call AGAIN, get another replacement AGAIN and finally, almost 3 months later, we have what was originally ordered. The second order went as smooth as could be expected The third order was for 6 relativity expensive drapes. At least 4 of them had brown spots (kinda looked like soy sauce) on them. That was the last straw. If there is ANYWHERE else to get what you are looking for, go there first!! more

I was so excited to place an order on the Saturday before Thanksgiving and with free shipping received my order within 3 business days and had them in time for the holiday!! I ordered the Milazzao Faux Silk Taffeta Curtains & Drapes in the Rust and Gold and the drapes are beautiful!! The color is stunning and the quality is great!! I stayed up ironing and hanging them just in time for company. They pulled the room together nicely with such elegance. Thank you for such fast turn around, nice price and great product!! more

HPD accidentally sent the wrong length. They were so nice when I called and arranged for the correct length to be shipped immediately - even before the others were returned. They also arranged for an at-home pick up of the incorrect drapes. Will definitely refer friends to this site as well as purchase from them again. I carefully read the other reviews and felt comfortable ordering 2 panels of the blue, 2 panels of the eggshell and 2 panels of voile sheers for a house I was staging. I ordered 84" sheers. One panel was 84", the other was 96". I had to hand sew the hem on the longer panel to make it work. The quality was horrendous. Even with careful ironing, the seams puckered. I could have bought better panels at Target. The drapes were a HUGE disappointment. The eggshell color had a white lining. There were several black marks on the lining that someone tired to cover up with White Out. The cover up was very visible when the drapes were hung and light came through the window...like big black smears. The lining on one panel was longer than the panel itself so I had to staple it up higher. The blue drapes were an even bigger problem. Each panel, separately packaged, had big oily grease marks, probably from a machine. Someone had to have seen this during packaging, but sent it to me anyway. All these drapes were a nightmare to press. I would have sent everything back, but my client was on a time crunch so I had no choice but to go ahead and use all these faulty products. I would never, ever use these products again. Not worth the money...save your pennies and buy FULL price drapes. more

The drapes are gorgeous and very well made. Shipment was quick and the sales rep was very nice and knowledgable. I purchased the swatches so I was confident about the color. I priced drapes online and locally and found this site to be the best. Our house came with very high end drapes and this set will holds its own in a guest bedroom. more

I placed an order with your company back in August, you charged my card for the order (over $400) on August 29th, As of September 7th I hadn't heard a word and there was no tracking link to get info on my order. I emailed your company 3 times before I got any response!!! Finally someone named Kris emailed me back and said my order was going to ship on 9-8-11. I called today (9-15) to check the status and he couldn't find my order and didn't know what happened to it. He said he'd research it and call me back....he never did. I ended up`calling him back and he said he didn't find out anything. I told him to cancel my order and credit, my credit card. He said ok but the credit hasn't been issued! I'm very frustrated at this point. Your customer service is terrible. If I don't receive my credit tomorrow I'll be contacting the Better business bureau. more

I was extremely excited to find the "perfect" drapes here at hpd.com and even opened a credit line in order to buy them! Ordered on the 1st, was cancelled without given reason at 5pm on the 3rd! I when i called to find out, there only reason was that they we out of stock!! Okay.. How about we keep inventory so your costumers don't get heart-set on buying an item to have it comepletely unavilible to them! Or also have the courtecy to leave a not with the reason on the refund or cancelation, so i could have done something else last night hoping and praying it was a mistake or i could at lease get a few panels instead of 8... more

Bought 4 large panels that gave the room a lush look and a rich, warm glow. Exquisite quality. My husband is a furniture designer and a decorator from a long family line of interior decorators and furniture manufacturers and he loved them. My only caution is that these are drapes with a 2" pole pocket and in the website photo it shows a nice header above the 2" pole pocket. When they arrived there was no header. BIG disappointment, but I dealt with it by using rings onto which I slid the included drapery pins. I had purchased a 2" pole, but, it looked stupid with no header. Not what I planned on, but it's okay I guess. Just be aware that there actually is no header at all. There was also a small 1/8" puncture near the seam about halfway up. Not noticeable unless you are ironing them. However, they look stunning, the price was excellant and I did not want to part with them over things I could live with. I was surprised to see a stylish woven tag inside stating they are made in India. No wonder the fabric and workmanship is so incredible. I like to purchase American, but, I guess this explains the high quality for the price I paid. Quality is 5-star, but, the hole and no header brought it down to a 4. more

I bought the crewel cotton curtains for my living room and guest room...i love love my curtains. they are very high quality. I get so many compliments on these curtains. A designer told me that they sell these for $500-$800 a panel. I got them for $100 a panel from HPD. I recommend this site to all my freinds. more

My wife was so surprisedrapes could be so affordable, and was happy that I had the opportunity to express myself and free what had been inside of me for so long. It took her a little to get over the usedrapes, but the pricing and diversifiedrapes that I made full use of really got the better of her. To this day my newly foundrapes help me with my marriage, and I've even been able to buy some for my friends and family who have wantedrapes for their homes as well. more
