We had a horrible experience when we were in the the process of applying to rent a town home here. My husband gets a call from Lily Beltran and she starts the call off by yelling, insulting and belittling my husband. We were so taken back and at that point we wanted to back out, but our real estate agent really pushed us here because it was a new home. So when we finally get here after four days and driving 200 miles, Lily Beltran refuses to answer our calls or messages. In addition, she sent my husband the wrong address and refuse to take responsibility that she made a mistake. She made a big deal to get the keys and to meet us. She also said she was doing us a favor by approving us to stay here. I couldn't believe this lady. She has been very unprofessional, rude, mean and downright nasty. She won't apologize for any of her mistakes or behavior. Also we left our baby car carrier in the office and she tossed it out and told my husband to get out. I can not understand why they continue to keep her after multiple complaints and mistakes caused by her. Once we get into out town home, we had no hot water for four days, and the master bathtub wouldn't drain. I was told by the real estate agent to contact the developer who is very unprofessional and a habitual liar. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The town home we stay in is very cheap. Rugs are poor quality, no shower rods, no curtains or shades , no towels racks and no toilet paper dispenser. I waited three weeks for them to fix our bath tub which was a five minute task. The sliding door doesn't close properly and we have cracks and tiles in the bath tub that need to be fixed. Still waiting for someone to respond to us. Once again buyer and renters think twice before coming here.
