I have had less than satisfactory favorable in Vegas with optometrists. I felt like I was part of a cattle drive going through the office. That is why I was excited to hear about iFocus from a longtime friend. My experience was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful...and even remembered me by name (which is rare in this city). Kim was incredibly helpful helping me pick frames. I am a bit indecisive, but she never seemed impatient.
