Test masters - based in Houston (an impostor of the more legitimate Testmasters baseed in California) has been the worst company I have ever bought any product or service from. I have never before written negative comments about any company online, but I can't help myself here, I am so frustrated.
I signed up for an in-person course, which they canceled without ever telling me. So I instead enrolled in an online course for GMAT prep. Their online links NEVER worked for me, despite spending dozens of hours on the phone with their IT department. I tried 5 different computers and internet connections - all on high-end equipment - and never got their software to work. After 6 months of disputing the charge, and hundreds of hours (literally) trying to explain what went wrong, the company still won't reimburse the cost of the course. Worse, I've never even been able to speak to a manager or to anyone with decision-making power. They never seem to be available to speak to me. The phone operator simply relays the message of the management team to me.
HELP! What can I do to get a refund on this product?
