The food is quite good, and quite quick, but the concept is very well-executed. Sushi runs on a track through the center and plates are ringed with color=price. Grab and go. The kids and we love the freedom to dive in and be instantly gratified in such a cool spot. There are a few innovative dishes (wasabi mashed potatoes, miso/sesame spinach) + sushi and sashimi but all of it is fine and fun.
