I was not treated very nicely by your representative Mario Feliciano, he must have been having a bad day and threw it off on me. As a customer I was very shocked. I arrived early 6:40am and sat in my car as it was cold only to see a car pull up behind me Mario went to the man took his keys - I got out of my car and he said he did not see me in the car but continued to walk with the man to his office I asked when about me I was here first and he shouted something... I stood by my car and about 10 mins later they both came out of his office... he walked toward me and asked if I had an appointment I said yes with Neil he said he was glad about that in a not too nice manner and I said so am I. He was rude and arrogant... was it because I was a woman or something else... this is not acceptable, even to talk to a customer politely makes a difference.
