The dealership had all of my service recordss ready when I checked in, and my car was ready withing 15 minutes of the promised completion time. My only complaint is that I wound up waiting at the delaership, since their practice is to not provide a service loaner vehicle for scheduled maintenance. I wasn't told that in advance, and as such didn't have an alternative means of transportation. Luckily, that wasn't a significant isssue as I had already let people know I was goinng to be delayed that day due to my scheduled service.
