In the past they have been great, like when I first bought the car and the first service I did on the car, but this last service was not so pristine. I was made to feel like a fool when I know something felt different when driving the car but they said it was fine and now I am just waiting for something to go wrong but no one listened or seemed to care. The only thing I feel they cared about was an oilpan they wanted me to pay $500 for. I feel like after turning down the $500 for the oilpan that I was treated completely different, not sure if the service people work off commission but this last experience was terrible. I gave the 4.5 stars from previous experience and hope that the next time I go in that it will be like previous experiences not like the most recent one.
