I purchased an HP printer and 4 additional toners. After using what was in the printer for 6 months I discovered the toner they sent me was generic and it would not work in my printer. I called them and they said they would not only refund my money but would also pay for the return shipping. That was in May. Not only did I not get my refund as promised, they accused me of trying to rip them off. They claimed the toner I sent back was actually HP toner and refused to refund the money. If I did business this way I would be out of business. Please do not buy from them was theirs and not an HP product and they still refused to refund my money. I ended up talking to the owner thinking he would help. Now I know where the employees get their professionalism from. Do not buy from these people
