No hard sell. Doug was a really nice guy. They put in new insulation and duct work in the attic. He gave me a really great price and I can feel a huge difference. They were all pleasant and real nice.
I found him on the internet, and he called me in minutes. I was looking for a furnace but ended up using them for a new furnace, AC unit, plus the insulation and duct work.
