Perfectly horrible experience. Disgusting equipment delivered, charged over $30 to deliver then charged over $30 to pick it up AND charged me a $25 cleaning fee (I am a sterile adult, that machine was already clean). They conveniently dont deposit automatic payments on time then charge a late fee - no matter how much extra I paid ahead I could not get them to stop the late fees. AND they call you AND email you EVERY DAY for the mistake that they are perpetuating. It would be cheaper and less maddening to just buy a washer/dryer and leave it behind, which is what I will do next time. Payments to Sears or Lowes would accomplish the same goal and you would not have to mess with these jokers.
