Just went through my 2nd move with Quality Move!
A very full 1bed/bath/kitchen/office/etc move... went smoothly and perfectly as expected by Jose & his +2 guy team. They remembered all the quirks of stuff I had, too... especially my custom bed which needs to be taken apart and re-assembled. I don't think I could use anyone else based on that alone... What can I say that hasn't been said? These guys are even nicer the 2nd time around!
Notables: Make appts at least two weeks in advance. Once you make the appt... you will probably not hear back from Quality until one day prior to confirm, unless you need to call them. They will magically appear on your doorstep though 8am sharp the day agreed to. Even if you're not completely packed the morning of (which happened to me first move) have your stuff separated into categories... they'll help with that. They also for the most part supply thick blanket covers for artwork, shrinkwrap your furniture and other items and even provide wardrobe boxes (so wait until they get there for your hanging clothes) & extra boxes you can use during the move!
So seriously: A Truck, 3 guys + extra supplies + helpful packing + good attitudes @ $85.00 an hour = awesome deal. You can totally rest assured and get on with your move, unpacking and life in your new place!
