These people charge to make an estimate. $49 to be exact. The guy came, estimated I needed a new washer and handed me the bill. They tell you on the phone that the charge will apply to their fee but they don't tell you that they'll charge even if there's no work to be done. 1 minute = $49. Throw your money away on something more fun.
