You can tell, these people are taking a pleasure in making their customers happy! When I called Best Service in regards to my broken Whirlpool washing machine, I was not sure if I want to have it repaired or just to buy a new one. My washer is 9 years old and quite honestly, I was scared of the possible repair cost. But I've got a wonderful man on the phone, who spent time with me to hear me out. He sent a workman to my place same day and assured me that the price would be quoted prior to repair. The workman checked my washer up and came up to the conclusion that the problem was really a minor one. He fixed it right away. The price was just a fraction from what I had expected.
