I can't describe the ribs very well because I'm not a foodie or a writer. But listen to this. I don't eat ribs. I don't like meat on the bone. I've never had a rib that yielded any meat. They are always gristly. They are always slathered in BBQ sauce. I have no idea how I got talked into trying these but THEY ARE SO GOOOOOOOD!!! I keep thinking about them and want to go back! It's $18 for a rack and I have no idea if that's a good price or not, but you won't care, you'll go back!
