Called for a reschedule and was more or less yelled at by the 'revered' stylist herself from the other end of the line. She plainly stated that she just could not put up with someone changing their appointment..period. Well guess what, crap happens and things come up. Don't get me wrong because all of the stylists are not like that and to be fair they are decent colorists and hair stylists. So, I guess what I'm trying to say is if you're willing to be yelled at for changing your appointment or some other menial request then by all means call them today and make and appt...just keep in mind that they specialize in sexiness, not kindness.
