Beware!! I had my Highlander in for regular service and maintained my vehicle to the dot when it came to maintenance schedules! More than once, the techs misdiagnosed my car and, in my opinion, created issues that didn't exist.
Toyota mechanics are paid by the ""hour"" each job takes per the book they bill by. This means that their paychecks depend on how many ""hours"" they have on the books. In other words, the more work on your car they do, the more ""hours"" they'll get and the bigger their paycheck will be. Be very aware of this, as they will claim your car needs work done just so they can get a bigger paycheck.
I take my car to an independent mechanic now and have not had a single problem.
