The person who determines the worth of your stamps is very rude,he flipped through my stamps with out even really looking at them and told me he'd give me $9.00 for them. I came in hoping maybe he could help me determine the value (even if it was a small amount) but instead he was very rude and condescending, I believe he doesn't like novices to the stamps collecting world\r
so if your not an avid stamp collector don't bother!!!
