Miguel was very professional and worked so hard to get our carpets cleaned. We had difficult pet stains and smells. Our house smells fresh. The best part is that the cleaner they use is non-toxic! Also, I LOVE the extra container of cleaner you can get for future spots/stains. It is a lifesaver!
