The front desk staff is very rude and refuses to let you speak to the vet. If you have questions, don't bother calling. They will insist you pay for an office visit and refuse to leave messages to talk to the vets. Sometimes you just have a question! How can you determine if your pet needs to be seen if the doctor will not talk to you?\r

If the first people you see and the last people you see at the vet's office are rude then it doesn't make a good experience. Also applies to staff answering phones!
