Vanguard is a dump, (about 12 nice homes otta 100ish..... new mananger is nice but they give you NOTHING here as far as amenties go, NOTHING but keep raising the rent way to much every single year. Lotta druggies here 2. Stay away unless you like having your place broken in to. Manager is nice guy but only so much the poor guy can do wit the palce~
