I had an appointment with Jen for a simple cut, and she had someone else call me 30 minutes before my appointment to cancel - because ""she had a color correction that was taking longer than expected."" They then said the next available appointment was a week later, and there was no way they could work me in sooner. I had scheduled my entire Saturday around my appointment, which I had made two weeks earlier. I won't be giving my business to Wet salon again.
