I had a hair emergency - bad, overdone highlights - and needed a gentle but effective corrective color. I made an appointment after researching on City Search. When I arrived at the salon, there was a computer glitch or something and they couldn't find my info. It appeared that no one was available, but Janet said she would take care of me herself. We had a thorough consultation and she worked her magic. I would give five stars, but as a college student the price was a bit steep for me - she did several processes and so of course it was more than usual. She reassured me that the next visits would take less processing, and I'm sticking with them. Thanks Janet! I received all kinds of compliments on the shine and color of my hair -
