Atlasta is a horrible business. Give your business to another company. The technician was unprofessional in his demeanor, appearance and behavior. He smelled up my whole apartment like cigarettes. He was hostile, and scary, I did not feel safe with him in my house. They overcharged me, showed up late, and took breaks on my dollar, and took almost twice as long as I was quoted. He then left a huge mess in the entryway. I called the manager who was also hostile and unhelpful. Atlasta Locks is awful, terrible, expensive, unreliable, and unprofessional.
Cons: Scary, mean, unprofessional technician who was wrinkled, dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Late technician. Messy. Unprofessional.
