To all the brides/couples that have posted on here:
I am so sorry that this has happened to you. You plan your wedding, and then so jacka-- like this has to come and ruin it.
But they have not just ruined your day, they have also made every bride/couple suspicious of photographers/videographers.
To all couples out there: WE ARE NOT ALL LIKE THIS. The FIRST thing I do when I get home from a wedding shoot is to dump the camera to the computer, pick out some of the pictures, and send them to the couple so they can have something to instantly send to family members. When it comes to video.. I will put together a "quick edit" so they can see what was recorded. (It's not everything, but it is something)
This company has totally ticked off all of us in the photography/videography world here in San Antonio. It's hard enough to earn a client's trust, but then these people have to go do what they did, and it has made it even harder.
We REAL photographers/videographers love what we do. We love capturing your day, and turning it into something even more memorible than what it already was. Please don't judge all of us based off of these jerks. All of us in the "field" are ticked at these people, trust me. They will get theirs. If there is any I can do to help, please let me know.
