I have to agree with Blackbuddy...Heidi's has lost their ""touch."" I brought my fiancee's work jackets in for relining at the end of May and was told that they would be ready by the 8th of June. It is now the 15th of August and the work is just now completed. And she's expensive to add insult to injury.
Pros: Used to be prompt and great work....however, No ""Pros"" anymore.
Cons: Sadly, everything is a ""Con"" about Heidi's anymore.
