We were members of this gym for about a year, and cancelled our membership because we were moving out of state. We signed papers twice to end our membership which were "lost" both times, resulting in our having to pay for 3 extra months. When we finally were able to end our membership from our new out-of-state address, we started to get letters from collection agencies for subsequent months. Now no one knows anything about it, and they have been anything but helpful at the gym. They say it will be taken care of every time we call, but we're still getting letters 6 months later. DO NOT join this gym unless you want to pay for the membership for the rest of your life.
