I brought in several items for dry cleaning, among them a 100% wool scarf and a linen dress. The wool scarf was was obviously wet-washed, since it is considerably smaller now and the wool has felted. It also has two small holes in the fabric that look like chemical burns. The linen dress is shiny from being pressed on far too hot a setting, and has a peculiar odor of burnt fabric and sweat (not mine). When I complained about the dress to the counter employee (not one of the owners) she told me the dress was in ""poor condition"" and I should ""throw it away""!! Funny, it was FINE when I brought it in! If you value your clothes and don't want to pay someone to ruin them, I suggest you go elsewhere for dry cleaning services.
