Brian was timely in arriving and came with a positive, friendly attitude. He clearly spelled out Weltman's approach to their services so I would have no surprises at the end of the appointment. Once he dove into the work at hand, he was kept me informed of what he was finding, proposed a variety of options for solving my HVAC issues and helped me set up next steps. Brian even went as far as to provide some services (including fixing my hoses!) at no cost as a kind courtesy. 5 stars for this experience!
