I would give a zero if I could. I agree with another rater that Sam Gasaway is a scam artist. He hires subcontractors who do not know what they are doing and he only shows up to pick up money. He was unreachable during our remodel, even when there were problems (and there were many problems.) Almost everything had to be done again because was done wrong the first time. Project extended twice as long as estimated. Also had subcontractors asking us to pay them directly because Sam had not/would not pay them for their work, even though we had paid for him already.
And now we are having structural issues with the remodel that will cost thousands and thousands of dollars to repair. Hire someone else.
