Twice in the last three months, I've experienced their arrogant lack of service. From a busy Friday eve happy hour to a lazy, post-lunch-rush meal, Z Tejas is riding their rep from a few years ago. They are rudely uncaring, from the lack of greeting or even prompt service, to an automated thrusting of the bill, with no warmth or even basic courtesy. Even if you get over yourselves, I won't be back. (P.S. did you hear there's a recession, and not as many people are spending as much money these days? Therefore, we are being choosier.)
