In March 2012, the plumber gave me an estimate for a house filtration system for $2,400 with about $1,600 for the system and $800 for labor. Being new to the filtration system, I requested for an orginial receipt for the filtration system after the plumber purchased it. more

Being new to the filtration system, I requested for an orginial receipt for the filtration system after the plumber purchased it. \r \r At the end, I was charged on my credit card for over $2,800 and did not provide me the original receipt for the parts and the filtration system. \r I searched online the filtration model they installed only costs about $500. \r \r It has been almost 4 months by now, I ended up agreeing the resolution of the dispute by paying $2,400. However, the remaining $400 is still not credit back by now.. What a nightmare and frustration!! \r \r I will not do business with this company again. If you want to, please make sure to obtain estimate IN WRITING, else this overcharge may happen again. more

So I called this company to have my AC repaired and they sent a repairman named ED out. I was working through my bank and after talking to a very nice woman on the phone (Shelly) we worked out all of the logistics for them to be paid. My bank insists on paying the company directly so BofA was to mail them a direct check. So after waiting ALL DAY in comes ED with the most unprofessional rude attitude you could imagine. He was tired and told me he couldn't believe he was sent back out to this house. I was appauled at the amount of unprofessionalism. It was truly unbelieaveable. He did inform me that the AC was old and needed to be replaced but a charge would get us through the summer. He said he would not charge our ac unit without a check on the spot for $300 and he proceded to tell me Shelly was an idiot and had no clue what she was talking about as far as our payment arraingment with the bank. We told him to please do something as it is 106 degrees outside and I have a 3 month old baby and a two year old at home. He shrugged his shoulders and said too bad and to call back when we have $9000 to replace our system. As he was storming out of my house he yelled back at us if we did not like it we could call his supervisor. He proceded to hop in his van and drive away leaving us with our jaws dropped. I don't know if this man is prejudice or if he treats every family this way but I am beyond dissapointed with this company. And here I sit writing this as we are sweating our A*** off. Now I am off to look for another company that I am sure will be happy to take our money. more

JOB WELL DONE! 4/24/2012

I have the pleasure of having a service agreement with your company, and proudly say for about the past 4 years. Recently, my air conditioning unit broke down, and Zach was sent out to assess the situation. He determined that the ""fan motor"" was fixing to go out very soon. He asked if I have any warranty papers of the unit, which I had retrieved, and he did his research. Zach then told me that according to the warranty, the unit had to be totally broken before the warranty would cover the part to include the labor. a part was ordered, and Zach said that it could be 5 days before the part could come in. Later in the evening Jerome called me and expressed his concern of my family being without any Air in these extreme hot days. Jerome told me he would get in touch with Zach, and maybe they can work something out and we would not have to wait to long for the part. To make along story short, after the team work of Jerome and Zach, I wish to say that these two ""Service Specialists"" are the top of the line professionals. In the past, only Jerome serviced my unit, well from now on both Zach and Jerome will be called if I have a problem with the unit. I wish to express my sincere gratitude for the high professionalism that your people give to us customers. Zach and Jerome are two men that should be rewards for their high standards and respect for their customers. ""JOB WELL DONE!"" more

Beware, Beware! 2/2/2012

Elderly people beware. This company ripped off my parents $250.00 for some type of membership so they would not be charged a traveling fee and wanted to charge them $750.00 for a part that they said was broke on their air conditioning unit that was under a no out of pocket cost warranty. When my parents questioned them how much their Trane warranty was paying they turned into real jerks. I did some calling and found a different company that honored the warranty on their unit. They came out to service the unit and all that was wrong was a loose wire. My parents did not have to come up with any money. Yes Air Conditioning was trying to collect money on a part that was not even broken and as a result my parents sat with out heat. Dishonest company. They are a rip off.. I would not reccomend them. more

Horrible nightmare of a company!! 1/8/2012

This company showed up 1/2hr late.. With one very nice technician and another manager guy that was a total jerk salesman!! He used scare tactics to try to upsale us.. Made my wife feel very intimidated. and actually personaly insulted me twice.... I feelt very offended. They wrote an estimate with the highest prices I have ever seen. These prices should be illegal!!! They wanted $600 to replace a kitchen faucet!!! WTF!!! I think it should be illegal what they are charging!!! more

Made my wife feel very intimidated. and actually personaly insulted me twice.... I feelt very offended. They wrote an estimate with the highest prices I have ever seen. These prices should be illegal!!! They wanted $600 to replace a kitchen faucet!!! WTF!!! I think it should be illegal what they are charging!!!\r \r I strongly urge anyone thinking about using this company to get multiple bids before signing anything!!!\r If you sign with this company you will get burned!! and probly have nightmares!!!\r \r \r more

Excellent Customer Service! 12/4/2011

I'd like to take this opportunity to let you know of the EXCELLENT customer service I received from Dennis S. On 11/2/11 I called him to find out how to use the service I signed up for in April, 2011 to have my furnace checked prior to the heating season. He informed me to contact the office. When I did I was told the earliest I could get into the service schedule was for Nov. 15th, so I scheduled right away. Dennis called me back later in the day to see if I had called yet. When I told him I did and when I got scheduled for, he then informed me he was near the office and would check into that date. Within 15 minutes i got a conference call with Kirt (Manager) and Dennis. I was informed by Kirt that the date I was given was incorrect and I was then rescheduled for today! Dennis came promptly as scheduled and started in on the checkup. Soon after another man, Jason H., also was here working on my heater. When Dennis suggested the cleaning of the heater, along with air duct cleaning and an electric air cleaner for my system I told him that I've been unemployed since April (I used to work for a framing/concrete construction company) and I really couldn't afford it at this time. I soon was told by Dennis that he and Jason were going to take apart and clean my entire heater. I can't say how grateful I am for the service I received today!! The two went above and beyond what was expected and I will now be a loyal ""Yes"" customer for years to come! If ever there are times when a pat on the back or a bonus is given, these men deserve one! Thank you again! more

YES! Plumbing and HVAC are Very Overpriced and Under Trained 11/12/2011

YES! Plumbing and ARS/Rescue Rooter are the same company. They are in same building, and are both taught how to make a sale, no matter how unethical. Why is it that they must charge well over $300 to install a garbage disposer that the customer went and purchased himself, when other licensed, bonded, and insured plumbing contractors can install the same exact disposer that THEY supply, for under $200? more
