YES! Plumbing and ARS/Rescue Rooter are the same company. They are in same building, and are both taught how to make a sale, no matter how unethical. Why is it that they must charge well over $300 to install a garbage disposer that the customer went and purchased himself, when other licensed, bonded, and insured plumbing contractors can install the same exact disposer that THEY supply, for under $200?\r \r If they are so qualified, like they say, then why does'nt any of their plumbing techs have a journeymans card, which shows that they have been through the proper training? If you use them, next time ask the tech to see his current journeymans card, which if they do have one, they are required to carry it at all times while working.\r \r \r ARS is being sued by the Attorney General of Arizona, for unethical sales tactics, and NOT backing their warrantys they sell at outragous prices. You can Google it for yourself and read the long list of charges. The Attorney General is trying to have them banned from doing any business whatsoever in the state of Arizona. The same ""Training Instructor"" whos name I won't mention...... Mark Atherstone.... is one of the main names in the Arizona lawsuit. Since the lawsuit, Mark has been in Las Vegas ""training"" the techs of YES!, and ARS/Rescue Rooter the same unethical tactics, and to not take NO for an answer. \r \r I would recommend to call around to other licensed contractors, before you use YES! or ARS. But then again, maybe you should give them a call........ Lance Fernandez has to pay for his new Lamborghini somehow! more

Small job I thought replace a faucet in the bathroom sink at my store $303.00 DOLLARS OMG and another $314.00 to repair a toilet. A full weeks wages to fix my problem (and I bought the faucet) The $50 discount made little difference. Never again! more

When your guys came out, the Adviser, Jason, was on time and thorough. I had already done my homework on AC replacement last year so I knew brands, prices, and the process. I thought the price was within range for a 4-ton and I certainly appreciated being able to use the interest-free financing through Home Depot. As you know, it is a huge financial burden replacing an AC unit. The installer, Dennis, was a great experience also. He did the entire installation and everything looks nice and works well. I am very pleased with the whole experience! more

We called them on Friday morning after everyone else had given us the run around, they made an apointment for us the very next morning. They called at the end of Friday afternoon to confirm Saturday morning apointment and also that the technician will call 30 mns before showing up. They kept good on their word and our a/c unit was fixed in a flash. The work was very thorough and professional more

These guys are the absolute best, I couldn't believe how professional they were for an air conditioning company. They showed up when they said they would and not only was the guy clean cut and well spoken, he actually treated out house with respect...two thumbs up for Yes. more

Erica did a great job of keeping my posted on the progress of my service specialist, in spite of being outside the originally suggested timeframe, Erica continually kept me up to date. Ed Rabb, Service Specialist, was fantastic. Diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the faulty part within 5 minutes. more

This is my second letter I have written about your company. Had our A/C repaired last year & the job was fabulous. Wanted to let you know that Wayne & Jeff came today and installed a new toilet for us. They, also did a great job. The room has been totally cleaned up & they wore booties so our newly shampooed rug stayed spotless. Please know that the work done & the cleanliness was so great & we really appreciated it. Hope nothing else breaks but you will be the first company we call. Thank you. more
