YES! Plumbing and ARS/Rescue Rooter are the same company. They are in same building, and are both taught how to make a sale, no matter how unethical. Why is it that they must charge well over $300 to install a garbage disposer that the customer went and purchased himself, when other licensed, bonded, and insured plumbing contractors can install the same exact disposer that THEY supply, for under $200?
