I have the pleasure of having a service agreement with your company, and proudly say for about the past 4 years. Recently, my air conditioning unit broke down, and Zach was sent out to assess the situation. He determined that the ""fan motor"" was fixing to go out very soon. He asked if I have any warranty papers of the unit, which I had retrieved, and he did his research. Zach then told me that according to the warranty, the unit had to be totally broken before the warranty would cover the part to include the labor. a part was ordered, and Zach said that it could be 5 days before the part could come in. Later in the evening Jerome called me and expressed his concern of my family being without any Air in these extreme hot days. Jerome told me he would get in touch with Zach, and maybe they can work something out and we would not have to wait to long for the part. To make along story short, after the team work of Jerome and Zach, I wish to say that these two ""Service Specialists"" are the top of the line professionals. In the past, only Jerome serviced my unit, well from now on both Zach and Jerome will be called if I have a problem with the unit. I wish to express my sincere gratitude for the high professionalism that your people give to us customers. Zach and Jerome are two men that should be rewards for their high standards and respect for their customers. ""JOB WELL DONE!""
