I cringed when my downstairs A/C went out. Immediately, I thought it was going to cost thousands of dollars. I am not that lucky! Well this was my lucky day!! The tech was clean, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the repair and gave me an estimate. He was not pushy but merely presented the objective data. I agreed to the repair and my unit was working within minutes. The repair including the bad capacitor, seasonal system service for both units, and a replacement capacitor for the other unit was only $398.00. I replaced the other unit’s capacitor due to a low reading and a moderate-to-high probably of failure within the next year or two. I would recommend Yes! A/C without any reservations. The service man was on time, did a very professional job and was personable. They scheduled the job for Sunday when I contacted them late Saturday afternoon so our time without cool air was minimized. more

they did an excellent job on cleaning the ducts. They were quick, clean and very efficient in performing this job. As a matter of fact, another air conditioning service person came in later to check the air conditioner and commented on how clean the ducts were. We are very pleased with the service! more

I am very happy with the service Yes! Air Conditioning & Plumbing provided. The a/c unit needed to be re-charged and it's now working perfectly. It was easy to make an appointment with them. I liked that they notified me when they were on their way. Their technician arrived on time and quickly got the unit up and running again. more

I experienced some problems with my unit that I purchased from and had installed by your company. I called on Monday to set up an appointment for the next Thursday. The young woman who answered my call was pleasant and very understanding. When I returned home I found that the unit had quit completely. I called back Tuesday and again was met with a courtesy and competence. The young woman set an appointment for that evening. Later than I thought was possible. Your service technician was prompt, efficient and professional. After a minor difficulty he went to work assessing my problem, explaining it and offering options for repair. Even after encountering obstacles erected by the association. We decided on a course of action and agreed to the repairs being completed the next evening--to accommodate my schedule. When I returned home from work he had finished and had the failed parts available for my inspection. he is a very professional and able young man, an excellent rep of your operation. Am I happy that my A/C failed, no, am I happy that I had to pay for the repairs, no again.. A bad situation was much more pleasant because of the attitudes and assistance of your people. Like any other business I am sure you hear all the negatives, I wanted to comment all the people that I cam in contact with and who helped remedy my situation. more
