Patte is incredibly conscientious regarding proper form and technique which ensures I get the most from each exercise. I've learned about muscles I never knew existed - and that they need attention! I feel really great and empowered when I leave, and whooped! The studio is comfortable and a holistic approach to health is practiced. I like that there are choices regarding class size and pricing breaks.
