I was able to workout privately or if I wanted a partner one was matched up with me. Prices are reasonable for the West Side and instructors are fun but no nonsense (I want a good session for my time and money). Studio is comfortable, chiropractor and acupuncturist on site is a nice bonus.
Pros: Focused on my areas of weakness
Cons: Made me stretch my hamstrings - ouch!!
