I was in Virginia (from Ohio) and needed my car looked at prior to taking an extensive trip to Mississippi. I went for a type of inspection to check the tires and a "noise". To my surprise, my tires were dry rotted and I was given an excellent price for new tires and alignment. After I returned to Virginia from Mississippi, I arranged for an oil change. During this visit, the team found my thermostat needed replaced and also replaced an oil gasket (which I expected).
I'm finally getting ready to return to Ohio and just had an oil change and tire alignment done. Great work! All fluid levels were checked. I didn't have to double check any work - I KNEW the job was done right. Here's the best part . . . the people all recognized me as a customer and interacted with me - even as I drove up. Kyle, the evening manager, greeted me upon my arrival to the store. Kyle personally oversaw all the work done - he even investigated why a turn signal light was out and began the process to order a part so all would be OK - and this was before the oil change began. I was consulted on every step. No detail was too small or too much work. Kyle found the part was two pieces, not one - even found a part at a salvage yard (since it no longer was available from Ford). He was as surprised, even more than I was, that the price gouging for the part was outrageous and that I could possibly wait to get it upon my return to Ohio. I also was told to clean my rear brakes which the dust was causing a slight squeak and that my battery would need replacing in the future - but not now. In other words, this company not only wants my business, they want to go above and beyond to keep it.
It all began by meeting Patrick, the day service manager - who to this day will always receive top billing from me for his individual service and honesty. Kyle, as well, gets high stars from me for everything he has done to help me. The entire team from the front desk to the mechanics care about me being able to get on the road safely and not just are concerned about the money angle. For this I am grateful.
Thank you all for being "my car store" in Virginia.
Thank you for the owner caring that the quality of service is the highest any customer can receive in the United States and calling me directly.
Good Luck as you transition during this difficult economic time from representing Goodyear specifically to offering a broader array of products available. I believe you have a crystal ball right now on how to keep your business viable and keep your staff happy with their job, plus retaining your customers.
From my heart . . . THANK YOU ALL.
