Reasonable Time for Inspection 11/13/2013

I was fifth in the inspection line, and my car was taken in within the time I expected. THe service writer told me the emissions and safety inspections would take about 15-20 minutes, and only took slightly longer. They pointed out that my rear breaks were getting close to needing to be replaced. more

The staff.... going above and beyond...! 11/13/2013

I took my daughters Honda in for her state inspection & emissions. Her car overheated during the emissions test. They had a Service Specialist analyze her car and diagnose the probable cause and scope out other issues that could potentially be future fixes or hazards down the road later. Patrick was outstanding with his consistent dedication to make her car healthy again. I am always pleased with all of the team members that are there. Gainesville VA Tire & Auto is always going above and beyond to ensure that your service needs are top priority one. I can always count on their team to take care of the situation. I highly recommend and always refer others to experience the same care that I always receive. Hats off to Harry for having top notch team members / staff... = D more

With appointment, can get right away. 11/12/2013

I was not happy that it took all day to do a job that was supposed to take two hours. After 6 hours I checked and then told another hour. Did not get a call that job was complete for over 3 more hours. Was in shop from 9:30 A.M. to after 8 P.M. I discussed this with the manager (Harry)and he adjusted my bill for their mix-up. more

Convenience 11/5/2013

Waited less then 20 minutes for my inspection. Once the car was inspected I was told and shown that the front brake pads were gone. I was given an estimate and a time the care would be done. All in less then 2 hours. more

State Inspection 11/1/2013

Though my car failed inspection the technician wrote down exact what bulbs I need to buy and how many. I've never had a shop do that before. more
