I have been bringing my two cars to VA Tire and Auto for over 6 years. My only suggestion is to improvement the communication time frame from the time that a car is dropped off to the time that a diagnosis of the problem is given. On Saturday, 10/12/13 I was told that I would definitely get a call that day as to what the problem was with my car. I ended up having to call the next morning at 9 a.m. to get an answer. This situation has happened on numerous occasions. The service however did get completed on Sunday as stated, but it would put customers at ease if we could get a call as promised...
