Misplaced Keys-Lost Time 10/3/2013

Through a series of errors the keys to my vehicle were misplaced resulting in a 5 day repair time. This is not normal, but they did drop the ball on this one. more

New tires 10/2/2013

They were able to match my price from Costco for the tires. However the process took 2 hours 45 minutes which wouldn't have been a problem except they told me 1.5 hours to 2 hours so I waited in the waiting room. Also I didn't check the invoice and they put the wrong mileage for the odometer reading. When I get new tires is the one time I really care. Now it would appear I have a 35,000 mile warranty rather than a 65,000 mile. Hoping to get this fixed though. more

I was really impressed with the level of service I recieved! They went way beyond any customer service I have ever recieved from an auto repair shop..Truly exceptional and rare. The manager Harry was so nice and very welcoming. I will definitely be back!! BTW I have a 2013 BMW and very peticular about my car! Any future auto needs I have that is not covered by my warranty will be done at this shop! more

We have patronized this firm for 12 years. My only disappointment was that there were (2) different prices for the tires I purchased. One quoted over the phone and one on the website, with the website being lower. The lower price was honored, but why two different prices in the first place? more

Level of Service! 9/22/2013

I called in to make my appointment. The female rep took my information and located the part I needed. She told me she would create a ticket and put the part with that ticket so when i came in, it would be ready. My appointment was at 6, the mechanic checked me in, found the ticket and my car was in the bay by 6:07! Kind and courteous people working at the desk and my vehicle was completed without issue. The main issue was the wait time and that is due to the fact that you cannot schedule inspections. Not the shops fault. But the shop staff is helpful and professional. more
